About the role

You will stop people in Belfast city centre, explain the work of the charity we are fundraising for that week, and ask them to set up a regular monthly gift. It is outdoors, on your feet, in all weather, five days a week.

The rate is £90 for each day you work. There is no basic salary and no commission. You are self-employed, so you invoice us for the days you have worked and handle your own tax.

There are daily sign-up targets. Most people find the first two weeks hard and then settle in. We train you for the first three days and a team leader is with you on the street every day after that.

Hours are usually 10am to 6pm. You need to be able to get to Belfast city centre for 10am, Monday to Friday.
