How Quantum works
Charities ask us to find them regular donors. Our fundraisers go out to town centres across Northern Ireland and, on some campaigns, call at doors, and talk to people about the charity's work. When someone decides to give, the fundraiser signs them up there and then.
Joe, who founded the business, interviews every applicant himself. Software helps us sort applications, but every decision about a person is made by a person, and anyone who applies can ask for a human review of the outcome.
What we promise
- A day rate, paid for the days you work.
- A straight answer to every question you ask at interview, including the ones about weather and bad days.
- A reply to every application.
What we do not promise
We do not promise a car, a holiday, or a fast track to running your own office. Some fundraising companies recruit that way. We would rather you turned up knowing exactly what the job is.
